Cause
Sigma architecture is designed to support client-server communication with a single active server connection at a time. This limitation is due to routing and session management constraints within the Sigma system.
Resolution
A Sigma client can only connect to one Sigma server at a time.
To switch between servers, use the Start Sigma Client utility. This tool allows users to manually select which Sigma server the client should connect to during startup.
