Cause

Niagara R2 does not support sending reboot commands directly to MNB controllers. This limitation exists because reboot functionality is not exposed through the Niagara R2 framework for these devices.

Resolution

• A reboot command cannot be sent from a Niagara R2 station to an MNB controller.
• To perform a soft or hard reboot, use the WorkPlace Commissioning Tool.
• There is no alternative method within Niagara R2 for this operation.
