Since Generation 1 controllers do not have a controller webpage, how can I access the controller configuration to set up the controller or access controller information.

1st Generation Controllers do not have an embedded webpage.
Resolution
Find information about the pin configuration of the direct connection cable in PinOuts for the RS-232 Connection of the older 1st Generation CX controllers.
