Trouble shooting for PID Feedback warning and Input Power UnderV error
Dear all,
We have ATV630U75N4 Variable Speed drive installed for our water pumps. Today (13th of November 2024) have faced an issue where the system got suddenly cut off. Detailed inspection by one of our electrician showed that one of the fuse got blown and in turn we replaced the fuse. Subsequent attempt to revive the equipment was successful with a permanent warning light switched on (Red light blinking on the device i.e. red light against the warning sign). While checking the ''Diagnostics" menu of the device it is revealed that there was a warning namely "PID Feedback warning" and "Input Power Under V error". Can someone help me in solving this issue so that we can keep on using the device and the pumps . We are not using the pumps for now because the warning sign scares us.
Any assistance to troubleshoot the issue would be greatly appreciated. This is an urgent SOS call. Hope someone will come to our rescue,
