Could we please have some more information?

Where does the input go, what type of system?

Do you have high voltage? Have you checked the limit for the voltage? Where does your voltage come from?

System: Inverter SW4048 inverter

              Controller MPPT 60-150 Schneider

Panels:  9 panels 410W, Vmp 40.68, Imp 10.08A, Voc 49.60v connected in string of 3 panels in series to a combiner box

Battery;  8 batteries AGM Deka 8A8D 12v, 250 amps connected in series/parallel (2 banks of 4 batteries to get 48v then parallel to bus bar) total 48v. 500 amps.
The issues is that the system is sending a message saying Dc input over voltage.
Based on Schneider manuals the maximum is 137 volts. When this happens it will disappear as soon as the voltage go down. But I want to know is there any setup in which I can control this, because there is not recommendation in the manual.
Thanks
