SP PSU 4A Fail Battery charger
SP PSU 4A Controller does not supply the float voltage of the batteries which is 13.5 V. It only supplies 10.9 VDc at the output terminals of the controller. please help.
Why is the reason for this under voltage equal 10.9 VDC.

@JuanCastaneda2024 the charger output only supplies 500mA so it may be that the current drawn by the battery is exceeding it's capacity. I suggest seeing if the voltage rises as the battery charges further.
