We have inheritied a struxureware building operation controller to support however we're unable to login to it. Is there a way to reset the linux password so we can login and upgrade/modify it?

We have the same issue and it appears that know one at Schneider electric can get us to the right group/person to help us with getting logged in as an admin. I have tried many times.

Hi @Mark_Turner
You look to be an end user, I'd suggest that you should contact whomever installed the system for you in the first instance. Otherwise you could contact your nearest Schneider Electric sales office or EcoXpert and have them assist you.
As you can appreciate, we take resetting passwords very seriously and don't want to hand out access to a system to someone we don't have an existing relationship with.
