Schneider Electric University website, completely unable to log in and complete purchase

I've been trying to purchase the Data Center Certified Associate Exam for a while now. It will let me add it to cart but won't let me log-in at checkout. I've emailed support already and am still waiting for a reply. 

I can see that this is an ongoing issue effecting multiple users. 

Has this been resolved yet? What's going on?
