SR2B121FU not recognizing all the inputs
I recently bought SR2B121Fu to monitor the status of ELCB in Distribution Board. Initially i programmed the relay to activate output relay 1 during the absence of anyone of the input from i1,i2 and i3. Input to the PLC is provided from 3nos of single phase ELCB(i.e i1-R phase, i2-Y phase, i3-B phase). But SR2b121FU only recognizing inputs if connected input phase same as PLC line and neutral( example if i connected R phase to PLC line and neutral.its recognizing only R phase connected to input(i1,i2,13). other phase its not recognizing even when 240v available) . is it possible to make PLC recognizing other phase also?
