Direct order - Unable to receive Order acknowledgement even paid full amount.
I have made full payment including delivery for direct order placement of 3off SMT3000C APC UPS on 26Dec2024 to my USA address but unfortunately Unable to receive Order acknowledgement even paid full amount. The error message received "to contact customer care". There is no email provided and also sales executive opened the case 113664807 but no solution yet received. whom to contact for direct purchase!! I wish to receive the full refund on my card so i can place it again on any reseller by paying little more amount. Can anyone specify what could have gone wrong!
