Here is the windows popup when I want to open the Management Console:
Prior to that, the initial installation completed successfully without any error. Restored the archive from
PME2020 using the Configuration Manager PME 2022 and also completed successfully without any error. Ran the re-configuration as per the system guide. After that installed the CU1 update and completed successfully as well.
In the Windows event task, I found that both ION Application Module for Data and Provider terminated unexpectedly, although the services restarted, it will stop again whenever I want to run the Management Console. Please refer below for screenshot of the Event Task and Services:
I have done uninstallation, and re-install twice but the issue still persists. Please kindly advise.
