Open an egress gate with an invalid/valid card

Does the Security Expert have the ability to create an output to open a gate with a valid/invalid card?

Scenario:

I have an ingress and egress gates for my campus, they currently on a schedule.

I have multiple tenants on the campus with multiple badging software and cards.

Tenants, most of the time send me the badge numbers to enter into the campus system so they will have access to the gates afterhours, of course there are some that don't send badge numbers to me, so they are not on the gate access.

Can the exit reader be programmed to open when presented with a card regardless of being in my system or not?

We are looking at a long-term solution of an inground loop system but looking for an interim solution...

Any thoughts or solutions would be helpful....
