Hi,
C264-iAVR is a particular application of the C264, the device is already loaded with the right firmware. The user can configure the device simply through the webHMI by connecting to the device through a web browser.
The described procedure is meant to be applied to C264 to load the firmware and database compatible with the system where it is installed. I fear the internal firmware has been erased.
I would invite you to contact your local technical support that will assist you.
