The e-mail Service has been running for a while without issues, recently the company decided to change the password for the e-mail address used, i have changed the password in IQVision, but when an email is trying to be sent, i am receiving the following LastDiscardCause message:
BOutgoingAccount could not dequeue in-memory email: Not connected
Any help on how to solve this would be really appreciated.

If i am right, James, I am afraid IQVision software you refer to is NOT a Schneider Electric offer,
Might you have mistaken Schneider Electric for IQVision manufacturer?
