How can I get Schneider to support me?
I have a hybrid solar system with twenty-four solar panels on two charge controllers with two inverter/chargers and four Discover batteries. The system functions, but is designed to include a generator. All is in place to connect the generator to the rest of the system, configure it, and test it. My installer is now unavailable and I need help in completing the system. I find I can get no support at all from Schneider because I am a mere owner, not an installer. Is this the experience of the rest of you who have such systems? I am in rural Hawaii, and the pool of technicians is not deep here.
Did you try using the chat feature from https://www.se.com/us/en/work/support/ to reach out to support? They may be able to point you to the support team for the specific products you are using.
