Hi,
First post in here so thank you in advance and go easy on me. Trying to create and extended log on the ES that binds to a Trend Log on an AS-P on a different IP range in a separate building. The binding shows an unresolved path and trying to understand is this is a configuration issue in EBO or whether it's a firewall issue that i need our IT colleagues to look at.
There are comms between the ES and AS-P but for some reason this path remains unresolved.
Anyone had any experience of this and what was the resolution? Any tips on how i can rule out one or the other?

@BenYeates it's nearly always a firewall issue, EBO requires it's communications ports open in both directions since the AS-P needs to contact the ES with new data, not just upon a request from the ES.
