I've purchased the Data Center Certified Associate exam on Oct 20, but it has not shown up on my Schneider Energy University student profile.
I've tried to email <energyuniversity@schneider-electric.com> for support. They can see the payment on their side, but no action has been taken since.
Please let me know if there is a way to expedite this process.
