Building Operation Software Administrator - Stopping

Hi Team,

 

My enterprise server status is showing as stopping however its not stopping for a while and hence I`m not able to login. Attaching the photo for your reference. 

 

Please help to resolve this issue.

If you don't need the EC then I'd suggest it be uninstalled. To reset the password you will need to contact support, see https://community.se.com/t5/Building-Automation-Knowledge/Forgotten-or-unknown-password/ta-p/4368

Please post the trace.log. The server logs are stored in the database folder. The full path depends on the software installed, and if the default path is used:
%ProgramData%\Schneider Electric [EcoStruxure|StruxureWare]\Building Operation [n.n]\Enterprise [Server|Central]\db\logs

I've just noticed in your photo that you have an Enterprise Central install but you mention Enterprise Server. Seems like you have installed an EC by mistake.

For this project I`m only using Enterprise server, since I was not able to login repeatedly, I tried to stop and start the ES and ever since its stuck. i was able to login for the last 24 days and suddenly this issue occurred yesterday.

 I refer you back to your screenshot where I've highlighted the EC install.

Hello Craig,

 

I`m not able to uninstall the EC from system. No other folders are open yet it shows the same. Are there any other applications or services are to be stopped from windows?

Make sure that you have a backup of the ES database and stop both the EC and ES. Note that you will need to go to the Enterprise Server tab of the Software Administrator to stop it.

I was able to reinstall the ES and EC and now both systems are running. However not able to login to ES through localhost. Is there any way to reset the password for ES.
