BOutgoingAccount could not dequeue in-memory email: Empty address
Hi Community,
I will preface this with I have practically no experience with this system - sorry!
I was asked to make an adjustment to the email recipients property sheet (remove two addresses) and it seems since then alarm emails are not sent from the system. Test emails work, alarm emails do not.
Alarm emails are being discarded with the Last Discard Cause: BOutgoingAccount could not dequeue in-memory email: Empty address.
We're using an internal Exchange 2019 mail server to deliver the mail and that has been working fine until I removed two recipients from the EmailRecipient To list.
The OutgoingAccount property sheet contains the Reply To address.
I've deleted all the email recipients from the To field and re-added them in. I've removed all the recipients, saved the page and then added the emails addresses back in. I've removed and re-added the Reply To addresses.
The exception field in the log says: javax.mail.internet.AddressException: Empty address in string` ` " at javax.mail.internet.InternetAddress.checkAddress(InternetAddress.java.1142).....
As far as I can tell the addresses are filed in - but clearly I am missing something here.
Do you know how I can get more information on this discard message and/or how to resolve?
