I have a customer that is trying to set up an ATV930 controlled by an M340 PLC. He has most things all set up and working, but is having an issue with setting the speed. In the manual (https://www.se.com/ca/en/download/document/NHA80757/) it says that the valid values are -599.0...599.0 Hz. But when he sets the parameter to those values, it doesn't behave as expected. Instead, when he sets it to 0...1500 it gives a scaled speed. Any idea why this might be?
