I need to freely rotate an image to any angle in the Symbol Editor in Plant SCADA, but it only allows clockwise and counterclockwise rotation in fixed steps. How can I rotate the image to a custom angle?

It doesn't appear to be possible to rotate to a specific angle in the Graphics Editor. It is only able to rotate 90 degree increments.
You can however rotate the object in runtime (which is configured in Graphics Editor - design time).
You can bind a variable tag (or expression) to the angle of the object using the Movement - Rotation setting.
