Hi all,
As title described, I have issue with one integer N7:43 tags from a SLC500. Others tag from this plc is working fine such as F8:... Only tags that start with the N is not working.
FIN_TFA / FIN_TFA_CUPWT_TARGET/ INT / FIN_TFA_PLC/ N7:43/ 0/ 5000/ FIN_CLUSTER /a8a99410-4c65-485d-a1f5-ae51d4ba6e6d
here is my variable config.
Any ideas?

Hi @ryanhuynh
Can you confirm some details for me...
What version of Plant SCADA / Citect are you using?
What driver are you using? What is the version of the driver?
You could try the following:
- Download latest driver from AVEVA Global Support website: https://softwaresupportsp.aveva.com/en-US/downloads/drivers/list
- Create a new empty test project, then define just this PLC and a single variable tag (the one you are having trouble with). Does the value display correctly? If not, enable driver logging to see what error is being reported.
Kind regards
Olivier
