ups power discharge problem

i have a ups named frontech electra-725 . its model no is JIL-2526 and serial no is 2526160108863. the problem is my ups is it beep sound when electric supply is open. this problem is occur suddenly. and then there is no sound. some time later this problem found again. in fact ups discharge power. but i can say you i bought my computer less then 1 year ago. so ups battery is not older too much. so please tell me what shall i do to solve my problem.

That model UPS is not a APC by Schneider Electric product. That UPS is a https://frontechonline.com/ product and you should contact them for support.
