I have an "evidently" cheaply made but not cheaply priced 37 Inch flat screen tv that every time the power goes off I loose 1/2 of the picture for several days. THe screen is 1/2 full of 5 bars the roll continously roll. Sometime for 3 or 4 days before it will correct itself and I get my picture back. I need something that will continue the power to the tv when we have a power outage or surge. Is there an APC that will do this?
