problems with back ups xs900

I'v had my xs 900 for thhe last 10 years and it has worked flawlessly.  I've already replaced the batteries, however, I had to store my equipment in storage for two years.  Once I got my equipmet out of storage and plugged in the ups, it would not power on.  I plugged it into another outlet and still wouldn't work.   I also noticed that they are no lights on.

So is it bad batteries or it is just time to replace it.

I'm hoping that someone can shed some light on this.
