network communication lost

network communication lost

i'm using SC450RMI1U, and i;ve been instaled apc powerchute business edition.
The instalation of software was success.
For the first time it works, pc can connect with the ups.
but now it can work, and says network communication lost.
what should i do?
i've been try to reconect but it didn't work

Hi wave, is there anyway we can get a screenshot of the error message you see on your screen? Also what communcation cable is it we are using and the operating system that you are using? thanks.
