need cable

Where can I get a usb cable for the APC 750? I didn't use it for awhile and now that I want to install the software I can't find the cable. I can use the surge protector ,but not the battery backup.

Hi Billie,

I'm assuming this is a Smart-UPS 750. If so the cable you need is the 940-0024 DB9 to DB9 cable listed here: http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=940-0024

If its not a Smart-UPS please reply back with the model number off the white sticker on the back or bottom of the UPS.

Sounds like you need the [AP9827|http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=AP9827], APC Simple Signalling Cable: RJ45 to USB-A.

The # on the back of the APC is BE 72588 0r BE 725BB...It has a connection in the battery back up like a phone and the other end is USB.
