monitor multiple Smart-UPS simultaneously on one PC (Real time)

Hi all
I have 7 Smart-UPS with AP9617 Networking card installed in them in office.
I want to monitor all 7 on one PC simultaneously i.e seeing status of all 7 together.

i know that by logging into AP9617 attached to ups one can get status of UPS Individually.
i want a combined status of all 7 UPS.

Any suggestions?

Does ISX Central requires a license or is there a free edition available like PowerChute.
