SURT3000XLI Internal Fault

Dear all,

I am facing internal fault problem with SURT3000XLI.

Whenever the UPS is powered ON it shows Internal Fault red LED & one battery charge indicator LED (green colored on extreme bottom LED).

What is the meaning of this code? Could you please tell me about the failed part from this error code, so that i can buy & replace.
