logging off an inactive user issue

Hi,

We have 3 APC Switched Rack PDU that we configure them for use in a data center, now we want to configure the option Auto logoff (Administration-Security-Autol logoff) for a inactive user, I think the default configuration is 3 min and this is good for us, but problem is, after 3 min inactive use, the user dont get logged off, I did chenge the time from 3 min to 4 min and log off and logged back in to save the configuration and leave the web access page open for more the 5 min and still nothing heppens! I mean the user still logged in, and when I try to loggin from other PC to the same APC I get the message that an user already logged in. we have this issue with all of our 3 APCs

Thanks.

Shahin

can you tell me what level of firmware you have on these and what model they are? this would be under Administration->general->About.

What browser(s) are you using? just curious.
