i have problems whit AP9617|

I´m federico Razo fron mexico, I have a Datacenter just finished, all the equipment is APC, already I am monitoring Air, the UPS, but the ATS whit AP9617 Network Management Card not.

already run the wizard, and it forms the IP, but it does not keep it, and I cannot administer it, this card have a IP by fedault?
I need a special patchs cord ?
