i have buy new apc Back-UPS 800 VA 540 watt but when install APC PowerChute Personal Edition
the voltage input show= 77175421.6 and some time above this ?
and some time normal what is the problem ?

i am going to lock this one but please continue on the other thread if you still see the issue.
make sure you arent using a USB hub - meaning your UPS is directly connected to a USB port on your motherboard. make sure you are using PCPE 2.2 for vista.
please post your technical data readout from PCPE in the other thread as well so we can keep track of it.
also, you can try braindeading the UPS, to do so:
-unplug and disconnect your load (probably want to turn it off first ;-))
-turn off the UPS and unplug it from the wall
-remove the battery
-hold down the on/off button for 5 seconds
-reconnect the battery and plug the UPS back into the wall
-turn on the UPS and reconnect the load and check the voltage reading
