error code 14: this version of powerchute network shutdown is not support on Japanese Operating system

Hi there,

I'm trying to install PCNS ver 4.2 but I've got an error like the title. 

I've tried to google but no result.

If you know how to solve this issue please help to share. Thank you!

The installer checks the system and find it to be a Japanese OS. If the OS is Japanese you will need to contact the support team in Japan for information where to get the Japanese version of PowerChute 4.2.
