I am a beginner in the apc world!
Environnement back-ups es550 on windows 7.
I try to get email notification in case of activation.
Which software package must i installed?
With powerchute business edition i have a troubleshooting message : failed to apply ...!
Is the ups system es 550 supported?

Back UPS products are only designed for use with PowerChute Personal Edition which does not support email notification.
