hi guys
Just for Info.. How this two types of parallel systems works the Capacitive and Redundant? Also if i have a 4 UPS ( symmetra or silcon ) then if want to connect into parallel systems is their any configuration like a choices/settings if i want Capacitive or Redundant connection..

Thank's for the info. One more thing, if you say all depends on the load level and size of the UPS. What should be the range of load level so that it will be considered as Capacitive or Redundant. And what size of the UPS also.

The UPS size to load ratio works out this way.
// redundant = In a // redundant you can take a UPS module offline and the other online modules in // can continue to carry the load.
// for capacity= All UPS modules must remain online to carry the load.
So in the example of a // system with 4-100 KVA UPS. The maximum load you can have to keep it in redundant form is 300 KVA. The second the load goes over 300kva it then becomes // capacitive because if you had 350 KVA of actual load and one of the four modules dropped offline then each of the other 3 modules online would be overloaded at 116%.
