Our AP9619 is not communicating anymore via IP. Card is flashing orange. Unable to connect to base unit 3000RM3U via serial with AP9619 plugged in. Once we remove the card we are able to connect via serial. Is it dead?

what communication cable are you using between the computer and UPS?
please indicate whether the status or link LED is blinking orange. either way, this is a normal condition for both of the LEDs.
as buzz said, also let us know the baud rate that you tried via serial.
