I agree - I don't know why you'd need to change the sensitivity...
Well, you could get the software working with a cable and see what it says i.e. if you raise the sensitivity again and see what it says is the transfer reason (assuming it goes back to battery only operation).
Glad it worked

The first thing I would ask is do you have a USB cable connected to this? If so, remove it and see if any change. I'd also try it in a different physical location at least - different location in a household or company maybe? Or a completely different site.
If you do have the PowerChute software, you can try looking at it to see if the voltage is low or high or what it reports as the transfer reason to battery. The sensitivity setting could also be lowered via the software too.
Depending on what you can do, you can re-order these steps and try what is easiest for you first.

An option might be to adjust the sensitivity then, just to see.
What is the exact SKU of the UPS off the white sticker on the back or bottom? Then I can tell you how to change the sensitivity. Depending on the model, it can be done with, our without software.
The software though may be helpful in providing diagnostics and tell us why this is happening. Do you have the USB cable available?

The other i see is when i disconnective from power the mode stay in "on battery" with 4"bip" (normal status for DC). i try it again in different place and do again the same i meter the voltage and is normal 230V AC.

The cable is proprietary but you may find another resource with the pinout that I cannot provide here. This is the cable you'd be looking for -> Buy UPS Communications Cable Simple Signalling - USB to RJ45 - Technical Specifications and Informat...
It could be that the UPS thinks there is no input voltage but there really is - I am not sure. The software could read that information.
From the sounds of it, changing sensitivity may not work but it could be worth a try. I think you can change it via the front panel button on this model.
Refer to page 2 here -> http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/ASTE-6Z7V5B/ASTE-6Z7V5B_R0_EN.pdf and the "TRANSFER VOLTAGE AND SENSITIVITY ADJUSTMENT" and see if adjusting it to low does anything. You can do that before figuring out a USB cable.
