hello,
I am an end user of a UPS model SRT6KXLI. with very limited knowledge in UPS configuration.
I am trying to know how to configure one outlet to be OFF all time and switchs ON only when Inlet AC fails.
the reason for this is I am using the UPS only for system emergency safe shutdown when AC fails, and I want to add simple audible alarm system to go ON when AC fails.
thank you.

The first problem you need to understand is you can only turn on / off a bank (group) of outlets.
Not an individual (single outlet). ☝️ The managed groups can be programmed / scheduled to turn on / off based on limited criteria.
You’ll need to program the grouped outlets and validate to see if the system behaves as expected during a grid down / lights out event.
