unfortunately, we dont provide schematics or service manuals.
when you power on the UPS, the power on LED should be flashing GREEN i believe while the UPS is performing a self test and running on battery briefly. it is only indicative for the "range" setting when in programming mode and adjusting the sensitivity when the UPS is off.
i believe the Power on LED can only be green when the UPS is turned on (Visual Indications (Power On - Green) (Replace Battery - Red), according to the user manual.
so you have resat the battery connections? what type of equipment are you plugging into it exactly? can you double check the LEDs based on what I posted?

dear friend,
thx for the reply.the lights status is as i have indicated with a small diff that after power up(on no-load) yellow light blinks twice or thrice but thereafter red light starts blinking.i did a test with multi and it briefly showed 90v( in unregulated socket) just after amber light stops.i guess that the system switches on the output but sensing loss of voltage switches off.90v is just the average impression the digital multi generates.supply for the ups is for 230vacin-230vacout.
i sense that you cannot supply the schematics, but could give a reason for that.the cost of repairs is equal to the cost of the equipment.we in india cannot afford to use and throw as the price/earning ratio are very high.
secondly i have been able to get hold of schematics of some other versions of your upses on the net.
i would be glad to hear your views on my query.
thx again.
