Hi y'all,
I work in a high stress environment with lots of people and animals coming in and out of my office (d-i-y taxidermy). I try to put all my clients information on my old PC but the be350r battery dies if I let it go to the screen saver. I don't understand this.
Please help me,
Mike

"I don't understand this." ....neither do I !?!
All joking aside...can you provide any further info?
Are you saying that your computer turns off? Is this during a power outage? Are you using our Powerchute software to monitor the computer? What kind of computer is it? How old is your backup device/do you have the serial #?
I'm fairly confident it is safe to say that your screen saver shouldn't have any effect on what your UPS is doing.
Any additional info would be appreciated...your first post is a bit confusing.
