Hello people,
I have a back-ups that when online, there's no power out the outlets, battery back up and surge outlets. Has anyone seeing this before and how can I fix it?
Thanks in advance

You made sure the circuit breaker at the rear isn't tripped, correct?

Hello NetMax,
Can you check the model and serial number off the white sticker on the back or bottom of the back ups? Model should begin with BE, BF or BK and the serial will be right below it.
How long have you had the unit and what was plugged into it?
Do you get any sort of LED activity from the unit?
