backup cs 500 problems

I am having some issues with my unit.I don't use the unit very often but every so often I plug it in for a few days to charge anyway.I went to charge it today when I first turned the unit on it seem to turn on fine the online light came on and the replace battery light was on.so I turned it off checked the connection to the battery and plugged it back in and now all it does is flash the yellow on battery light no beeps no power to the backup side but I do have power to the surge side...Any suggestions?

This is an abnormal operation of the UPS. Try rebooting the UPS again and see if it works online when it is plugged in. If the issue persists, then the unit needs to be repaired.
