back ups rs 600 beeps when it is powered

i bought my back ups rs 600,but I'm facing this problem.The ups beeps even if the ups is powered.. i changed the ups but still im facing the same

In order for us to better assist you, can you provide the exact model number of your UPS as well as the beep pattern that it produces and any LED indicator that turns off or on while it is beeping.

it beeps exactly the way it does when the power is OFF...and repeats after every 30 sec
