back-ups es 750 constant beep

I have a back-ups es 750 that just started making a constant beep with a red light that looks like 2 batteries. I turned it off and on and it gave a long beep and then started constantly beeping again. Does the battery need to be replaced? How do I order one and what is the cost?

Hi,

Is the unit beeping every second or is there a constant tone? If the unit is beeping every second that indicates low battery but the beeping should stop when AC is available and the battery should charge. If there is a constant tone that indicates the battery in disconnected, needs to be charged, or is at the end o f useable life. Section 3 of the user’s guide lists the status indicators i.e. what each alarm means.
