Hi Youssef,
UPS can able to shutdown the computer only if the UPS is operating on battery mode. Based on the information which you have provided looks like the UPS is switching to on battery (voltage fluctuation or power outage) and after 8 mins it is turning off the computer because of the shutdown configured on the PCPE software. If you just looking to disable the alarm then you can choose the option in the PCPE software to disable the audible alarm and then you can disconnect the cable from UPS. Also, I would try setting the voltage sensitivity to low from the software before unplugging the cable. Let me know if this helps you?
Regards,
Vinay
