XS-900 will not reset circuit breaker

We use this XS-900 to protect a small server, two routers and phone hubs.Recently the UPS alarm came on. The On Line and On Battery lights were flashing.First tried to reset circuit breaker on back of unit ,then disconnected battery and reconnected.Still only had power at two surge only receptacles, not at battery back up receptacles.Did breaker get fried? It does not look difficult to replace button breaker if that is problem. The serial # is JB0630025127, I am assuming it was manufactured the 30th week of 2006 so it is probably out of warranty. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hello, thanks for your response. I hope this information helps to solve this problem.
The on battery light was flashing and I guess the breaker was not tripped because it was only out 1/4 inch as you indicated.I should also state that the batteries are fully charged and not defective or dead.

how far is the breaker sticking out? it would be sticking out 1+" if so. it is normal for the breaker to stick out 1/4."

were online and on battery solid or flashing? those LEDs, depending on their state, indicate a certain condition. please let me know so i can confirm.

ok just confirming since you said only on battery was flashing.

this actually indicates a fault condition - a problem with the relay that controls the automatic voltage regulation (AVR). the UPS will function and pass power unless it needs to boost or trim your incoming voltage - which the relay will be welded so it won't work.

this will need to be replaced - either under warranty or purchased.
