I read a post on here about someone who is having my same issue and basically my unit is toast is what I got form it but someone helped him find out if the unit was still under warranty. That is what I would like to find out if my UPS is still under warranty. The serial number is JB0645005873. Also if it is under warranty what are my next steps to take.

I honestly have no idea, and I am sure no one around here would either. So I guess going off of that date it would be out of warranty.
