Unit was working ok. Removed load and turned it off to relocate it. Now it won't do anything. Unplugged and removed battery. Same results.

Some things you can try.....
1). Try plugging it in somewhere else
2). Check or press the reset button on the back of the unit while powered on
3). Unplug the unit and press the power button for 10 seconds to drain off residual power
4). Remove the battery and check the voltage of the pack. It should be above 24.8volts...and preferably closer to 26.4volts...if not, you may need to replace the battery pack
It could be that one or both of the batteries are too low in voltage to start the unit.
Once on, it seems the XS1500 will stay on even if the batteries fail, but once off, restarting can be impossible without good batteries.
An APC support staff member will likely have better and more detailed options.....but maybe these can get you started.
