Why does APC J15 randomly reboot?

I bought this unit to protect my gear from power spikes, brownouts and keep things on until my generator kicks on (30 seconds or less) when power is interrupted. I installed it in June 2013 and everything has worked fine until this week, December 2013. It has randomly rebooted a three times. At first install it showed runtime of 62 min with Directv HR-22 DVR and LG 39LN5700 TV both on. Turn on Panasonic DMPBDT210 and Marantz SR6006 which triggers Pinnacle SubSonix 10-200 and runtime went to 38 min. After the second reboot I left everything turned off overnight. Turn on TV and DVR runtime was 6 min. After the third reboot runtime is 0 min. Why does it reboot at all? This unit is supposed to prevent reboot of the DVR as well as protect from power spikes and dips. I bought this brand new, not refurbished, not used and it wasn't cheap. Any advice/support is appreciated.

Yes it is still happening. Randomly reboots, this morning it would run approximately 10 minutes and reboot starting at 4:30 am until 7:15 am. I changed the GO TO BATTERY IF from 100 to 90 and hasn't yet done it again (1:40 pm) I will post the log results.

I just started having the same problem with my J15.  Started within the past week and has randomly rebooted about 5 times.  The unit usually beeps just before shutting down, and there's no indication of the problem on the display screen.  Then it kill power to all my devices and restarts.

Estimated run time seems to be in-line with what I'm used to.

There are no other obvious indicators on it.

Selftest ran successfully, with one warning.  Replace battery.  Guess that's probably my answer.

Diagnostic log is as follows:
