Hi all,
I recently purchased an ES700 that I use for protecting a 2013 MacMini, several external disks, a TV and a scanner.
My problem is that some of the sockets have stopped working out of the blue. There have been no surges or outages, they just appear to have stopped working.
They are on both the managed battery backup and simple surge protector sides... Very odd. The battery works fine.
Any suggestions as to how I can re-enable these dead sockets?

If this UPS was recently purchased, there is not much you can do if some of the outlets on the battery back up + surge work. Either way, it'd probably need to be replaced and if you just bought it, it'd be covered under the factory warranty.
